Most Dolphins use the app called Surfline. It's free and gives you all the information you need. Don't upgrade. It's not necessary unless you want 16 days of data. If you get stuck, ask around and someone will show you how it works. Be aware at high tide most of the beach apart from the North Beach tends to disappear.
